New Catty Stamp a Stack!

Let's welcome the new 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog with a Stamp-a-Stack! You've asked for them and I've listened. I'm offering a couple different sessions to give you the best opportunity to come out. You are more than welcome to attend more than one session if you'd like to make even more cards!    Pictures coming soon!

You will make a total of 12 cards. There will be four different designs. You will make three cards of each of the four designs. The cost of the class is $25 - envelopes are included. All supplies are provided - including adhesive.

5x5 Pocket Scrapbook Class

These little 5x5 CD Mailer Scrapbooks make great gifts and are simple to create in class, AND 

re-create at home!  We will be using the new Playful Polkadots Simply Scrappin' Kits!!! Click here to see the actual Kit.  As part of your class fee you will receive: pre-cut supplies needed to create and embellish your scrapbook, adhesive, 2 cd mailers, and the leftovers for your part of the kit to take home!

Materials Fee = $25

Strength & Hope Class

Stampin' Up has partnered with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) and donates $2 from every purchase of the new Strength and Hope stamp set.   I am so excited to share with you this set, not only because it is absolutely GORGEOUS, but also because it's a fun way to support the cause!

 You will make 10 cards at the class using this set. (A sample will be posted soon here of one of the cards) For $20 you will make the 10 cards AND take home the stamp set. (Clear Mount) - add $5 if you would prefer wood mount. This is being offered to you as a customer as I really want to support this effort.  The normal price for just the class is $15, but why not add $5 more and get the stamps too!

Please RSVP ASAP so I can order your own stamp set for you to use at the class. Be sure to invite a friend!

TIPS FOR ORDERING STAMPIN' UP! RETIRING PRODUCTS:

• Retiring Stampin' Up! rubber stamps will be in stock and available through June 30.
• Definitely Decorative home décor products are available while supplies last.
• Retiring Stampin' Up! accessories are available while supplies last.  You can always get the newest lists here, but items can run out of stock at any time.  Order your favorites NOW!
• Items that are being "reconfigured" (noted by an "*" on the lists above) are not going away.  For example, they may be repackaged, resized or repriced in the new catalog.
• Important clarification: The current 12 x 12 card stock (6 sheets of smooth and 6 sheets of textured, $6.95) in individual colors is being retired and reconfigured (new pricing, packaging) in the new catalog (available July 1).  I assure you that Stampin' Up!'s gorgeous 12 x 12 card stock will remain available in all current colors!
• Other than adding 5 new In Colors in the new catalog (July 1), there are no changes to Stampin' Up! color collections!

Fun with Watercoloring

       My childhood friend, Suzanne, had her baby shower this past weekend, and everything about the day was perfect.  Suze is a beautiful woman anyway, but she looked absolutely radiant! (I was, of course, very envious because I don't think I ever looked as good as her when I was pregnant!)  My mom asked me to make the card, and I was excited because it gave me the chance to watercolor!  If you know me, you know I can't draw for anything, so it's fun to feel like a real "artist"!  I used markers, ink, blender pens, and aqua painters to color on our watercolor paper.

Sunday Sampler

Sunday Sampler - Doesn't that have a nice ring to it? I've been wanting to get this together for some time now, and I'm planning on it becoming a weekly addition.  I ALWAYS need inspiration for crafting ideas, and I'm sure you do too.  Here are a couple creations I've made from the new summer mini.  Have you seen it yet?  What do you think?

My new favorite thing to do on creations is to Distress Ribbon! I never really thought of it until my goof friend Kristin Kortonick suggested it. I love how the wide Striped Grograin ribbon looks like an old tattered flag waving in the breeze.  Products used are:

Summer Mini Open House - May 1st

I am so jazzed about summer now that the new Mini is just around the corner!  I know you will FLIP & FLOP over the new stamps sets and snazzy accessories!!!
